Thursday (21/7) is the day awaited by 41 students of the Medical Education Study Program, FKIK State Islamic University of Malang. The 2022 Graduation Ceremony, held in the 3rd Floor Hall of the Al Biruni Building, coincided with the oath-taking ceremony and handover ceremony for young doctors. In addition to the prospective graduates, the Dean of the Faculty of Medicine and Health Sciences (FKIK) was also present. State Islamic University of Malang, Prof. Dr. dr. Yuyun Yueniwati PWMKes., Sp.Rad (K) and staff, Deputy Director General of Karsa Husada Batu Regional Hospital, dr. Benny Marcel P., Sp.OG., Chair of Komkordik (Education Coordination Committee) of Karsa Husada Batu Regional Hospital, dr. Bambang Rishardana, Sp.B FINACS, Head of Medical Education Study Program, Dr.. Tias Pramesti Griana, M.Biomed., and Head of the Medical Profession Study Program Dr.. Iwal Reza Ahdi, Sp. PD.

After the graduation ceremony, the handover of the Young Doctors was symbolically represented by Dwi Wahyu Utami and Falaq Agastya Perdana. "We officially hand over the Young Doctors to the main educational hospital for the profession. Hopefully we can meet again and work together," said Prof. Yuyun. Then, the welcoming speech for the students was represented by the Deputy Director of Karsa Husada Batu Hospital, dr. Benny Marcel P., Sp.OG. "This happy occasion, we (Karsa Husada Hospital) received the mandate from the dean to educate in clinical clerkships at Karsa Husada Batu Hospital. May they become doctors with extraordinary dedication and abilities," concluded the Deputy Director of Karsa Husada Hospital.

The event continued with remarks and direction from the Deputy Director and Daily Executive of Karsa Husada Batu Hospital, Dr. Benny Marcel P., Sp.OG. "As a doctor, you don't only need academics. To become a doctor, it's not enough to just be smart, but also have competent clinical skills and a good attitude," said the Deputy Director of Karsa Husada Hospital. The series of events ended with a prayer reading by Mr. Saiful Hikmah, S.Ag. and closed by the MC and a group photo procession by the audience and invited guests during the Period II Judisium event as well as the Oath-Taking and Handover of Young Doctors FKIK State Islamic University of Malang 2022.
