Young Doctors Family Association (IKDM) is an internal organization under the auspices of the Faculty of Medicine and Health Sciences (FKIK) at UIN Malang. Its goal is to strengthen the bonds of brotherhood among medical students and to actively participate in community service activities. As a platform for young doctors, IKDM focuses not only on academic learning but is also committed to making a positive impact on the community through various social programs.

One of IKDM's flagship activities is holding COMMUNITY SERVICE , which includes health services, counseling, and other activities beneficial to community well-being. These activities aim to improve the quality of life and health of the surrounding community and to introduce the role of medical students in supporting public health.

Other IKDM activities include holding PEER MENTORING which is a forum to help medical students who will take the national competency exam so that IKDM provides facilities in the form of guidance activities in the form of material and knowledge as well as tips and tricks in facing the UKMPPD exam which will be guided by alumni who have graduated to become doctors and are competent.
