Won the championship in the category Oral Presentation, Nuril Farid Abshori, a student of the Medical Profession Study Program, Faculty of Medicine and Health Sciences, Maulana Malik Ibrahim Islamic University, Malang, managed to achieve brilliant achievements by winning 3rd place in 4 competitions.th The Annual Seminar on Hajj and Umrah (ANSHAR) was held on Saturday, November 16, 2024. The competition, held offline at the UIN Maulana Malik Ibrahim halfway house, attracted participants from various regions across Indonesia. With her engaging and innovative mastery of the material, Nuril captured the judges' attention and brought the medical profession to the national stage (11/18/2024).
Nuril's success is not only a source of personal pride, but also a tangible demonstration of the support of the Faculty of Medicine and Health Sciences, UIN Maulana Malik Ibrahim Malang, and the Medical Profession Study Program in developing student potential in research. In an interview, Nuril revealed that the idea stemmed from numerous cases. Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia (ALL) who experienced a relapse after chemotherapy and radiation. Through Systematic Review And Metaanalysis Nuril discussed the effectiveness of molecular therapy by targeting specific antigens. In the competition, Nuril combined engaging presentation techniques with easy-to-understand learning materials.
However, the journey to presenting this material was not easy. The biggest challenges Nuril faced were the highly biomolecular nature of the material presented, as well as the time-consuming nature of her internship. "Writing the article while juggling her internship schedule required more time and effort," she added. Nuril hopes her achievement will motivate other students and contribute to broader benefits.

Before participating in the competition, she consulted with the Head of the Medical Profession Study Program, Dr. Iwal Reza Ahdi, Sp.PD, who also happens to be a clinical educator, and Dr. Zainuddin, Sp.PD, who helped review scientific articles, to gain input on presentation concepts and engaging materials.

The head of the study program and the faculty played a huge role in motivating me to continue my enthusiasm for participating in various competitions, including the 4thth "This Annual Seminar on Hajj and Umrah (ANSHAR). Consulting with the head of the study program on presentation concepts and materials was very helpful in the process," said Nuril.
