Hundreds of participants from within and outside the country attended, including medical students, general practitioners, residents (PPDS), and specialist consultants.

One of the works that successfully passed the selection and became a finalist in the category scientific poster competition is a collaborative research project between students from the Faculty of Medicine and Health Sciences (FKIK) of UIN Maulana Malik Ibrahim Malang and the Faculty of Medicine of Brawijaya University (UB). The poster is entitled:
Diabetes Modifies the Association Between Renal Function and Left Ventricular Ejection Fraction in Heart Failure Patients: A Cross-Sectional Study
This research was successfully exhibited along with the works of other finalists, demonstrating the competitiveness of Indonesian medical student research at the national level.

This study analyzed 250 heart failure patients at Karsa Husada Hospital in Batu City, focusing on the relationship between kidney function (urea, creatinine, eGFR) and Left Ventricular Ejection Fraction (LVEF). The study also emphasized how diabetes mellitus modifies this relationship, providing a more comprehensive picture of cardio-renal-metabolic interactions.

This collaborative event was attended by 3 members, 2 of whom were Medical Professional Students of FKIK UIN Malang and Alumnus of FKIK UIN Malang, namely Nuril Farid Abshori, dr. Syanindita Puspita Wardani, M.Biomed and Aldivo Pradana Medical Students of FK UB. This research was guided by Prof. Dr. dr. This research shows that the spirit of cross-institutional collaboration can produce real contributions to the development of medical science, while also paving the way for better clinical services for heart failure patients in Indonesia.
