The Medical Profession Program at the Faculty of Medicine and Health Sciences (FKIK) of UIN Maulana Malik Ibrahim continues to improve to produce outstanding graduates of Ulul Albab (Islamic doctors) in Hajj Medicine. One effort is to conduct annual curriculum and professional learning evaluations. This year's curriculum and learning evaluations will be held on November 11-12, 2023, at the Savana Hotel in Malang.

This event was attended by the Head of Komkordik (dr. Bambang Rishardana, Sp. B), Head of the Medical Profession Study Program (dr. Iwal Reza Ahdi, Sp. PD), Head of the Medical Education Study Program (dr. Tias Pramesti G., M. Biomed), Secretary of the Medical Profession Study Program (dr. Putri Wulan Akbar, M. Ked. Trop., Sp. PK), as well as all Heads of clinical departments, both from the Main Teaching Hospital of RSU Karsa Husada Batu, as well as from network hospitals such as Dr. Radjiman Wedyodiningrat Lawang Mental Hospital and Dr. Syaiful Anwar Regional General Hospital. Also present to welcome and open the event was the Deputy Dean I of FKIK, Prof. Dr. apt. Roihatul Mutiah, SF., M.Kes.

The event continued with a presentation by Dr. dr. Ermin Rahmawati, M. Biomed, Head of UMHPE FKIK UIN. During the event, Dr. Ermin conveyed the importance of achieving competency to ensure that FKIK UIN Maulana Malik Ibrahim graduates have the appropriate graduate profile.

This activity also included a learning evaluation led directly by the Head of the Komkordik, followed by a Focus Group Discussion (FGD) to develop a Learning Plan for each Department. "This event is held annually as a means of curriculum and learning evaluation, as well as to align perceptions between clinical educators and the medical professional study program at the Faculty of Medicine, UIN Malang," said Dr. Bambang Rishardana, Sp.B, Head of Komkordik.
