Dr. Al Mazida Fauzil Aishaqeena, M.Biomed 1st Place in Best Oral Presentation at Konas PABI VII and P2B2 XXII

Bandung – A proud achievement was again achieved by the alumni of the Faculty of Medicine and Health Sciences (FKIK) UIN Maulana Malik Ibrahim Malang. 7th National Congress of the Indonesian Surgeons Association (PABI) And 22nd Continuing Surgical Professional Development (P2B2). The event, held in Bandung from September 18-20, provided a platform for doctors and researchers to present their best research findings.

The main focus is on the session Oral Presentation Competition (Free Paper), which is the most prestigious competition showcasing the latest innovations and discoveries in the field of surgery. Hundreds of participants, from general practitioners to residents to specialists, passed a rigorous selection process., Dr. Al Mazida Fauzil Aishaqeena, M. Biomed successfully emerged as the first winner, this research was guided by Dr. Bambang Rishardana, Sp.B.

Dr. Al Mazida Fauzil Aishaqeena, M. Biomed impressed the jury and audience through his presentation entitled “"Clinical Outcome of Bogota Bag, A Game Changer for Abdominal Compartment Syndrome: A Systematic Review and Meta-Analysis"“. The research discusses other procedural options in treating patients with open abdomen and prevent a abdominal compartment syndrome

This victory not only brings honor to Dr. Al Mazida Fauzil Aishaqeena, M. Biomed  and its institutions, but also marks a step forward in the development of the surgical discipline in Indonesia. The presented scientific work is expected to serve as a reference and pave the way for the implementation of new techniques and therapies that are easier, cheaper, more effective, and more efficient for patients.

The 7th PABI and 22nd P2B2 National Conference Oral presentation competition was a sweet closing, reminding us of the importance of research and continuing education in maintaining optimal health service standards.'’
